Returns and Refunds

You have the opportunity to send back, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover any return shipping costs.

Items must be returned to Unit 3, 8 Bonz Place, Seven Hills, 2147, NSW, Australia, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (due to shipping and banking time frames), however in most cases you will receive your refund much quicker.
